The week was another superb salute to the joys of what the British call ‘an Indian Summer’ - meaning that when one expects it to be getting chilly - and yet the joy of summer seems to be stretching on.
Our passengers this week were from Canada, England and New Zealand. There was much tea drinking by the English ladies (of course) and unlikely connections and coincidences of the Brits knowing the same people and living in the same village as other family members. The world can be a small place
.Vince and Debbie from Canada made good use of the canal tow path for jogging and biking. Vince is the brother of Luciole’s special friend Anne-Marie who has cruised with us numerous times. Lovely to keep the family theme running!
