No 6 - Breakfast in a Jardin
Grab a croissant from a boulangerie/patisserie nearby and take it in to one of Paris' stunning gardens, purchase a coffee from one of the stands, then sit back, relax and watch the world pass by amongst the flowers and pristine grass.
Two options:
1. The stunning gardens of the Louvre. Now it does get very busy here, with a combination of joggers and tourists, but it’s ok in the morning and it’s a good location to start a day of sight seeing, being between the Louvre and Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of chairs to go round, and you can move them to where you want to sit, in the sun or shade.
2. Le Jardin du Luxembourg garden’s are even better, and quieter from tourists. It’s also not too far from the Notre Dame and the Pantheon, which is worth a visit, surrounded by the Sorbonne university, you can also get up to it’s dome and have a 360 view
