An all American cruise this week, which included family and friends cruising together. Indian summer daytime weather was enjoyed on the deck with aperitifs. At Captain’s Diner there was a birthday to celebrate, chef Nicolas whipped up a delicious chocolate cake, topped with strawberries and spun sugar, that stunned us all.
