We feel very lucky to have such amazing food onboard. Chef Nicholas is joining us for his 4 year. His artistic talent combined with his attention to detail in flavours make his food a very special treat. The passengers and crew both feel very honoured to taste his food.
A good fun week enjoyed by all, although the boat did spend a bit of time stuck on a sandbank on the river, the river is shallow in places and these places change, capable of catching anyone off guard.
