Nicholas, the Luciole chef, created master pieces this week. Happy to say the struggle of the previous week to move the new cooker in and the old cooker out were extremely worth while. The Celebration Gateau for Bearnice was a fitting and delicious finale to a delightful week.

Our lovely, lovely passengers travelled to France from far and wide form Australia the United States and Columbia. Captain Pierre and James our bi-lingual Matelot showed us all on a daily the joys of multi-lingualism! It is always wonderful to hear different languages on the Luciole.

The conversation moved with ease from satellites to the environment, from the United Nations to travelling the world. A diverse group of passengers with a uniting thread in common - compassion.
