The Luciole was moored in Clamecy for a week which gave crew the opportunity to take a holiday. Meanwhile on board the Luciole there was lots of activity, as the barge was given her mid-season maintenance and spruce up to ensure she is tip top and ready to go for the second half of the season.
Will beavered away in the engine room during the day. Penny’s sister Charlie was also visiting from Haida Gwaii in Canada, way back in the mid 1980’s they worked together on the Luciole. Seems like yesterday!
