A mixed group of American and English passengers who explored together during the days, scouting out the local sites and villages by foot and by bike. At night after supper there was jollity over card games.
The weather was a delightful temperature, warm enough that after Captain’s Diner we could spend time to stand on deck and admire the fabulous skyline of Auxerre, the Cathedral reflecting into the River Yonne.
