We met the family charter group from San Francisco in Paris on the Sunday, the same day as the finish of the 106th Tour de France. It was exciting to see the preparations for the finale - although as we know - it did cause us all a slight issue with the road closures! After 3,365.8 km (2,091 mi) cyclists complete a final sprint stage through Paris.

Crew members Alex and Heidi shared rugby knowledge with Greg. All of them passionate about the game and followers of the details. It has to go down in our history as the week when the most rugby that was ever discussed on the Luciole.

Nicolas cooked up a storm in the galley as always. His dishes and presentation greatly appreciated by our world-wide travelling delightful family and their friends. As we crossed the halfway point of our season.
