In the shipyard

We are out of the water! We were dragged up the slipway Monday morning, and everything seems alright. Although life is a bit complicated at the 10 degree angle, you arrive into the bathroom quite quickly in the middle of the night, omelettes are complicated and things don’t stay on the table, but otherwise all is well. It can be a little stressful as she sits differently when on the trolleys, as when in the water, it can cause stress on the boat.

On the Thursday we passed our hull inspection and the work to install a new keel cooling system for the new generator is going ahead, we are also replacing our propeller shaft as a precaution incase of vibrations in the future.
