No 3 - Perruche
Perruche - a very chic, rooftop garden, with a cafe, bar and restaurant, that offers a 360 view across Paris. Great for a coffee and croissant in the morning, lunch, fine dining in the evening or a casual drink.
Located on the 9th floor of Printemps Haussman mens store, (it's western building!). Printemps Haussman is a large, prestigeous shopping centre, similar to Harrords in London. You'll find it behind Opéra on the Boulevard Haussman.
Make sure you enter the correct building to the West. Only one of the lifts goes to the 9th floor, it is located on the Western wall, otherwise take the lift to the 8th and stairs for the final floor. Make sure you don't get distracted by the restaurant on the 8th floor. There are indoor and outdoor options for seating, but best when the weather is good. I do believe they offer some form of heated shelter in the winter for the terrace, as well as the glass walled indoor seating area.
Opening hours
Seasonal so not open in winter. When it is open, it's until 2am!
Reserve lunch or dinner with an online booking form
This is not the cheapest recommendation, but certainly worth it for at least a coffee.
There's also an amazing patisserie on the 8th floor, with a fine selection of goodies! However they don't allow you too take these upstairs, but this still offers a view with large glass windows. There are further eateries on this floor and in the womens store, including a brasserie in the East building which has an amazing stained glass dome.
