OUR WEATHER
The weather in Burgundy is described as a 'continental climate', meaning usually the winters are cold, dropping down to minus 10 - 20 centigrade, while the summers hot, rising up to the mid 30s.
Burgundy is certainly not as hot as the south of France ad enjoys four distinct seasons of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. The variation of climate provides one of the reasons the wines of Burgundy can vary so much from year to year and why there is the continual fascination in the different vintages for grape growers and wine lovers alike.
We recommend that our passengers bring layers of clothes for their cruise week. A raincoat is advisable too......always best to be prepared just in case.
The Luciole has air conditioning and central heating throughout, so whatever the weather we hope you will feel comfortable on board.
